The service was awesome. They're polite, attentive, and efficient. Unfortunately, I was there because my oil pan plug got stripped during a prior Take 5 oil change. They tried to replace the plug, but it didn't work. Hope the company pays for the mechanic I now have to hire.

It was not good they left my car plug where the oil change area loose oil leak out all over my drive at your location to and at Kirby location your manger blew my fuse in the car and didn't fill my oil up right 2 strikes already not good at all

The female that helped me was great. However the overall experience with the other guy was not. I'm not sure if he a manager, but it was very rushed. Which I get! However none of what I paid for done. The only thing they did was change my oil and charge me for more quarts. They never checked my tires, filled my fluids etc... No won't be going back.

Fast service. The young man there seem to be working so hard and they worked as a team. The service was. Great they all work together. No one was trying to boss. The African American guy was so disengaged with guest and did not show car for my vehicle by having oil all over my hood gave me a bottle of water like take it the is what I have to do and so negligent to my windshield wipers the other young man assisted seem like he was not surprised and took the caps off and rechecked his work
