High pressure sales and was lied to about receiving a discount on the oil change I was denied the discount after I refused any other offers even though I was told about the discount when I first arrived and stated I only wanted a oil change. Plus I waited 25 minutes to get the service and another 25 once in the bay. No 5 minute oil change there. I will not recommend or advise anyone to ever use this place!!

They forgot to put the skid plate back on. They did not closed the hood properly. Employees do not know how to communicate with each other. I almost drove off when someone was still working on the car, because another employee said I was good to leave.

After all change , there was oil leaking on my driveway. Went back and they said it was just oil on my skid plates, they would clean it up. Got home, left another stain on my driveway. How do you spill oil all over my skid plates when changing? and not cleaning it up?

Quick, friendly service. Emissions testing machine was broken so I had to go to another service station. Getting expensive, my car requires 10 qts of the fancy oil so it has always been high but $170.00 for an oil change is getting steep. Friendly, fast guys but I'll probably look for another service station.

Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They explained everything they did, showed me the air filter prior to replacing it, and helped reset the oil change reminder in my Explorer. Overall, very pleased with the service, and it was fast and efficient.

I asked for just a top off and wasn't paying attention to everything they were doing and then when done, they told me it would be $94.00! Did not know I was getting an oil change done. :( I needed it anyway, but luckily, I had my credit card on me otherwise I don't know what I would've done as I had no extra money at that time. :( Would recommend, but at the same time no.

I used to be happy with Take Five Oil Change, but my last visit was a terrible experience. I had to wait in line for 1.5 hours, and after the service was done, the employee forgot to close the cover of the oil container. There are fewer employees than before, which leads to long wait times and poor-quality work. Overall, really bad experience. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Staff moved me from the line I was in to the last line. I was there for 55 minutes. It made my grandson late to his practice. Then when they were finally done they wouldn't take my coupon because they said it wasn't the oil change I received. I asked them for a discount for making me wait so long and he said no they couldn't do that. It cost me 148 dollars for my oil change. I have never paid that much before.

There was a medal rod in the driveway when I entered the location. I was parked behind a vehicle for about 10 min. I had time to eat my entire lunch, then I was asked to move to another bay. Smooth sailing after that.

Was a longer wait than expected. Was not informed of anything g just to pull into a bay and thT was it for almost 30 min. Only 2 guys working. Wouldn't have minded or came back latter if be communicated as I was on a time crunch.
