Amazing dealership, I was referred to this shop. I was on vacation and was very skeptical and came from out of town. Didn't know what to expect. They treated me with five star respect had me in and out of there and on with my vacation in two days love sunrise Chevrolet. And RJ in the service department is the greatest.

I as traveling through the area when truck broke down. Was towed to the maintenace shop but arrived after hours ahead of a three day weekend. I called them Monday morning and they tole me thew would try to work it in. Later they called and told me what was wrong and it would take a few days to get the parts in. Truck was ready when they said it would be. Have had no problems with the work they did.

Sunrise couldn't do a thing, but they charged full price, then couldn't reschedule for another month and a half! We took our vehicle to OK Chevrolet in Tonasket and they fixed the problem in under 40 minutes!

We are thankful that OK Chevrolet was able to lend a helping hand though after we were able to check things over. Thank you for taking the time to bring your vehicle here but again we are thankful you were able to get service followed up sooner than later. With multiple service locations out of commission in the county, our Service Department has become a sort of an oasis in the desert of vehicle issues, and we have an overflow of vehicles needing repair. Our department is beyond slammed and that's an understatement. Also, our Certified Technicians go through extensive training and work day in and day out for every penny they make on service work performed for customers, regardless of how big or small the project. We value our technicians and when service is done, charges will follow in accordance. We are so sorry that the charges did not match up with what expectations were in mind.
