Mark does a great job! He also checked other areas that need to be attended to.

Very courteous people. Work was done quickly and correctly. Great place to get your jeep serviced.

The service people seemed nice. The service on recalls and oil change was fine. However, I just purchased this 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland from Stuteville in February 2024. It is September.
I only recently noticed that the 2nd key fob they gave me at the time of purchase does not work, at all. It might start the vehicle and lock it once. Then, it won't work at all. It even left me stranded at a rest stop last month when I couldn't find the 1st fob at home.
When I gave it to them during this recall service, they saw it did not work and told me I had to pay $387 to have it replaced!
I am appalled and have lost all respect and trust in Stuteville. I will not return to this dealership ever again. Trust is a big deal to me. It should be to you too.
Consider this when thinking about giving your trust and your money to Stuteville. On the backside of the deal, they will not do you right.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my Fiat 500 Lounge. Having brought my car here before, I asked them to make sure they had the oil filter, as it is not something that they normally carry in stock. I was assured that they would have the oil filter by the time of my appointment.
The day of my appointment, I dropped my car off approximately 15 minutes early. My husband picked me up and we went to lunch. Nearly an hour after I dropped my car off and we were still at the restaurant, I got a call from the dealership, saying they couldn't find me in the system (my car is still under warranty and I had a pre-paid service plan). After a few minutes, she finally found me in the system and told me she was going to order the oil filter. You know, the oil filter I was assured they would have on hand from the git go?
We dilly dallied at the restaurant for awhile longer since we now knew it was going to take longer than anticipated. Then we went to the grocery store to kill more time. About 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time, we got back to the dealership and I checked in with the service advisor. My car was still being worked on.
I sat with my husband in the parking lot (the chairs in the so-called lounge are all countertop height and are very small and uncomfortable, not to mention very hard to get into if you're short like I am) for another 20 minutes and checked in again. I was told he was just wrapping it up and he was about to take my car through the car wash for me. I looked into the service bay and saw the technician picking up bottles of oil and taking them to the front of my car to pour them in. Not as close to the end as I was led to believe. Went back to sit out in the truck with the hubby.
After another 15 or so minutes I poked my head back in to the garage and my car was STILL there. Mind you, this is over two and a half hours after the initial appointment time. For an OIL CHANGE!
Eventually I see my car coming around the front so I go in to check out with the service advisor, and the tech comes in with my keys and tells me he made sure to wash it really good and give it a good vacuum, because "you know what they say! Better to do it good than to do it bad!" Whatever, just let me get out of here!
I get the keys, and then stop to ask Mr. Technician if he put a mileage sticker in the window. Of course he didn't.
My husband leaves to take the groceries home (the frozen foods were already a basket case it had take so long for a simple oil change). I get in car and aren't far behind when I hear a weird noise. At first I thought it was the truck beside me in the next lane, but I soon realize it is my car. I end up turning around to take it back to the dealership because there was no noise when I brought it in. In fact, there's never been a noise ever in that car. Called my husband to let him know and he turned around and came back too.
When I walked back into the service advisor's office, she asked what was wrong and I told her. Luckily there was another technician, name of Chris (I think) who started asking questions and then went over by my car to listen. I told him it only was once I was moving, so he got in the driver's side when I got in the passenger's seat to go for a drive. He heard the noise and thought it was some gate or other and then turned around to go back. Once back, he opened the hood and poked around and instantly found the problem. It wasn't the gate like he thought it was, it turned out the first technician didn't even screw down the air filter when he was buttoning everything back up. The noise was it rubbing against something when I was driving, and had been damaged by doing so. Chris buttoned it all back up and the noise was gone on our next test drive. It was during this trip that I realized that only the front of the car had been poorly vacuumed, the back seat and floor hadn't been touched.
If it hadn't been for Chris, I would have given this experience a zero if at all possible, or perhaps a negative number. What should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation took approximately 3.5 hours. The complimentary car wash and vacuum job were a joke, I had to ask for the standard sticker, and the original technician nearly killed the air filter housing by doing such a mediocre and haphazard job.
I'm thinking that from here on out, I'm going to Jiffy Lube.
