This was a 10min oil change place . I waited almost 35mins before being serviced. I also had a $20 coupon when at the end of my visit didn't count for anything with all of the state, county and city taxes. I was dissatisfied.

Yes I like this shop because they are polite and professional at their jobs and my car have not been tampered with they check all my fluids check my tires and give me a discount

The service was not to my satisfactory.. they did not check my liquid levels under the hood, my tire pressure was not checked. My windshield washer blades was not checked nor my air filters. I was charged $10.00 for an extra oil and charged $8 because he said that my car needed an special filter. I feel ripped off my bill would of been less if I let Cadillac did the service.
