I had to pay three times. I had to cancel carshield. Years ago the oil change was free. Well they got me back cause I spent up to $800 for a seat switch. Never had these problems in a 50 40 or 30 year old car. My first newer car and little things like a door stop. I'm told I need a new door. They used to weld things like this. I had to go to Texas to find a place to resurface my discs. I herd them tell a lady she needs new lug nuts. They told her she needs new breaks. Now they laying off manufacturers! Please bring back the crown Victoria or Ltd!

I went in the morning first thing at 7:30 AM for a routine recall free change on a brake hose. I waited there hour after hour for them to change the one item, then four hours later, they told me it would take another few hours because they also will change other recall items that I specifically mentioned to not change on that day because I knew it would take a long time and I had to go to work and needed my car back. Nonetheless, I waited there in the waiting room hour after hour waiting on them to finish the changes. Finally, they come up to me and tell me that my brakes were running metal on metal. They said I would need new brakes and new rotors. I had just had my car inspected six months before and nothing about my brakes being bad was mentioned at all. Long story short I ended up waiting there until 4 oclock when I had to leave to take an Uber to a very important work meeting. When I get my car back a week later, the alerts that were going off previously were still going off. They said they did not want to address the alerts because it did not have anything to do with my brakes. I asked them how can you not notice the alerts and at least while you were test driving it Let me know what that could be. All around poor level of customer service and poor effort to try to be organized enough to not have me waiting in the waiting room for over eight hours.

Let me start by saying I should have never went. I went in for recalls but when I went to pick up my car they were saying it was all fixed on top of it they did a diagnostic checks on my car which I never said to.. couldnt get my car unless I paid almost 400.00 a mechanic would have charged at least under 100. They are rip offs and on top of it my recalls were never fixed I plugged mine in that I have a codes still popped up and even got a letter from one dealership saying my car still had recalls. Dont go here!! Never again and then with stuff I told the. Was wrong they wanted to charge me almost 2000. We to my mechanic he fixed everything for 700. Smh!

They never can do considerable maintenance unless you leave your car for two days, I'm trying to change the timing belt from my Fusion 2014 since 145k miles, I just did the 165k miles maintenance, I did schedule online and described the maintenance required two days before the maintenance day, on the morning of the next day I tried to call two times and they even listened what have to say, they hang on my face two times. They didn't even have the under-engine protector or shocks to replace. Meineke, five blocks from my home, is doing a better job on my car than the official dealership.
