Mixed bag (lack of attention to detail) here but overall a positive experience. Got directed here by the quick lane website only to find out they don't participate in quick lane. I figured something was up after sitting in front of the quick lane door for 30 minutes and the door remained locked. However, someone directed me to the service area and they were able to take me in right away. Service adviser was great. I waited an appropriate amount of time (very similar to quick lane) and my oil change was done. I was on my way....or so I thought. About 15 miles down the road my tire sensor went crazy. It seemed the dummy who rotated my tires never adjusted the tire pressures.... so I was left with 75 in the front and 52 in the back. It only took stopping at 3 gas stations before I found an air machine able to go over 60/65 lbs..... but i finally got the issue resolved. That lack of attention to detail just makes you think "what else weren't they paying attention to while they serviced my vehicle. But I'm in Chicago now and no other issues have popped up.

I like how friendly and professional they were, but, as an older woman, who did explain, my position that I am in, I needed to do the least minimum and yet prioritize the most important to do first, they said they could do that, and overwhelmed me with, all that had to be done on the brakes , as well as other items , which needed to be addressed. I understand, but agian, the position that I am in financially was that I need to do what is most important, 1st and in piece meal, or pay monthly, to have it all done, couldn't offer anything different, so I did not have the service taken care of there, and went to another professional provider. Unfortunately, when there is no ther way to do this, without doing everything, they suggested, then it's time to work with another provider that can.
