Supposed to get me a new key, program it and get the factory door key code for the used 2014 Ford Fusion I purchased from them. They didn't give me the key when I was about to leave I noticed it wasn't on the work order anywhere. They then went and got it from me from the mechanic and it was snowing so I just left. I tried the code number they wrote down after speaking to the mechanic and guess what?! It's not right! I still cannot use this feature on my car. So annoyed!
