Charles was informative and helpful on phone. Set appt for a time that was good for me. When I arrived, they took car in promptly. Jerry in service did repairs efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. Total charge was much less that another quote I had received and it didn't take hours out of my day. Ordered a set of Micheline tires and told the price was 1250. 255-65 17 Defemders/ They called back after I had left my truck for service and the price had gone up to 1840. They said they had given me the wrong price on a 250-65 17. I went to get my truck back and installed tires at the 1300 dollar price. I had been shopping for a while and knew the regular prices. I had traded at this location for over 10 years.
