I got my State Inspection Sticker and Synthetic Oil Change completed at Sooner Lube. The oil cap was left off which triggered the Check Engine Light. If this warning light was on prior to State Inspection it wouldn't have passed inspection. This has lead to an additional repair bill at a different shop.

Fantastic. Went for an Oil Change. They did ask me into the bay to show me the Air filter and Cabin Air Filter to show me they were aged. They had both items and...So, it was a simple go ahead and change them while you're at it.
I've personally always had excellent service through this Shop and would recommend them for Oil changes and for when its time for an Inspection Stickers.
