I had a right rear tire with low pressure. Stopped by without an appointment and they discovered that it was the left rear tire that had a leak and that the TMPS sensors had not been reprogrammed at last rotation which was done at a dealership. I think they genuinely try to do a thorough job and maybe go above and beyond what some other places do. It may cost a little more but you get what you pay for.

Took my vehicle in for an engine light. Code was throwing a sensor. They did a deep diagnostic and told me my power train was failing. My vehicle was towed to another shop. Power train is fine and it will cost me what I spent at smiths to have the censor replaced. I wasted $400.

Was told my vehicle was ready and I go to pick it up and it wouldn't start. Pick it up the next day and it's leaking fuel all over. 2 weeks later leaking fuel from same location. Got quoted other repairs one was over $200 I ended up fixing it myself for $20 and it took 7 minutes. Another was over $1000 and it was $15 and 15 min of time. Avoid at all cost
