He is always thorough, listens respectfully (not always the case for female customers), provides options, and follows through, creating a service-customer partnership to achieve the best results for the situation. In an industry where trust is difficult to gain, I am always glad to see that Jake is there when I bring in my SUV because I know that he is knowledgeable and I can believe him when he tells me the best course of action for repairs/maintenance.
