Terry the manager was as nice as could be, up until the time came to discuss financing. He was rude and and did nothing to work with us. Tried charging us almost 20% APR and when we giggled at the thought he got defensive and showed his true salesman colors. Do not buy a car from here unless you want to be ripped off.

The buying process is terrible. The advertised price is just to get you in. If you read the fine print it does not include the price of a mandatory warranty that you have to buy; as well as administrative fees which I get. I wanted to purchase a car in full as I am approved for financing through my own bank and they basically disregarded that and still tried to have me go through their financing and require that I purchase the additional warranty that I did not want. They advertise decent vehicles but once I scroll far enough on a vehicle that I am interested in and see Show Me Auto Mall is the dealer, I keep scrolling
