Office staff and shop staff all seem competent, knowledgeable and courteous. Have been a customer of Sequim Auto for years, and knew former owner was contemplating sale...which left me a bit apprehensive. However, those anxieties have been laid to rest. I think Marv did an excellent job in choosing his successors, and am pleased to remain a customer for many more years. \Thank you!

They went out of their way to help with an emergency situation. For over 3 days with a VERY full schedule they did are system check and had the answer to my issue. They were happy to take me home and back to the shop.

I loved everything about this auto clinic! The staff dropped everything to help myself, a recent widow with no knowledge of basic replacement parts or how to install them. The employees were so patient and kind, and even tried to teach me how to install some of these parts on my own

They had the repair done and the vehicle back to me within 24 hours. And their prices were reasonable! They were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
