Customer service was not a pleasant experience for me. I applied for a Sams card because the tires was a little costly & was approved however the manager or the sales representative was able to complete the transaction using this method. I went back to customer service and no problem with the acct there I ask for a manager again (a different one) and still not able to complete this transaction. The problem was no one was able to figure the problem out (that manager stated all the other managers was in a meeting)
Customer service was not good and I will NOT be recommending them just based on this reason.
I think Sams need to do a better job training staff of customer relations & customer service.
