I would say that the mechanics that are employed at the Tire & Battery Center are well qualified. The problem is more mechanics need to be hired. I had a 3 pm appointment to have 1 tire replaced after a 3 hour wait. Another customer waited 4 hours to have 4 tires installed on her car.
Please hire more mechanics to alleviate the wait time for customers.

I had appointment for service on 911 2023 the appointment watch for noon that day I left the club at between 3 oclock and 315 Ithink thats very obsessive to have a tire repaired not only that this was my second time coming in for the same tire and every time that I come in there is long wait. Time spent at Tire service and installation department did not take longer than I expected. The staff at the desk and shop were very helpful, They informed me about every 5,000 mile free rotation and balance. I was also told about the free repair in case the tires are punctured.

SLOOOOOOOOW!!! All I wanted was a tire. repaired, replaced --------- a five hour chore. Took over 2 hours too let me know the tire could not be repaired. I had another tire home. Total lack of customer service communication. Tire under hazard warranty.

They were able to get me in quickly and replaced the right front tire, that had gotten a gash In the sidewall. They also replaced the battery.

Overall experience was good. However, the wait to schedule (waited 30-40 min in front of the desk, twice) and subsequent delays in picking up the car can be a bit frustrating. It's a busy location that could use a few more hands.

It was fair service. The persons that waited on me had a hard time finding my scheduled installment paperwork. Also even though I left my cell to call me upon completion they still called my home phone; therefore when I went back to pick up my vehicle I was just taking for granted the work was done. Also it seemed they may have gotten my paperwork mixed up with a prior appt my husband had a while ago for an install, and lastly the odometer reading was incorrect. Therefore all and all even though the install was good, everything leading up to it was not well organized.
