I had a check engine light come on. The mechanic at Rons was able to test the system thoroughly and find the issue had resolved. Since they didnt need to repair anything they didnt charge me. Thats integrity. Weve been taking our family cars there for years because theyve earned our trust. Highly recommend.

Ron's automotive is by far the best automotive shop in Norman. It is owned locally. The employees know their jobs and they do them well. Management makes sure that as a customer they know you by name. Great people, great service, none better. We greatly appreciate them

Car went in with a few issues, came back with another issue that resulted from them pressure washing the engine area. Talked to them and they stated that they can fix it for a cost even though they worked on it and it wasnt happening before I brought the car in.

Jarrod, Im sorry you are disappointed . you are confused about what is wrong with your car. we diagnosed the check engine light issue and it was a simple o2 sensor heater circuit code that is such a common failure we couldn't understand why you demanded we repair it for free. we will offer to install it for no labor charge if you purchase the sensor. feel free to call me. 405-321-8856 thank you.
