Due to the test I had done on it, I was able to show them what was wrong with the car. Knowing that they couldn't fix the car, they informed me that they had to do their own test, but came up with the same results. The reason I took the car to them was because it has a repair warranty from them. Customers are not cared for, but changes are made for no good reason.

Took 3 hours for an oil change which was very upsetting. Not only was the service untimely mannered they didnt put enough motor oil!! My Chevy Silverado isnt a 6q. After 1500 miles i noticed I was 2qt low. Im never returning here. Im sticking too the dealer. The $10 difference isnt worth a $7k motor

I appreciate your input towards our company, We have procedures to follow when checking and before releasing vehicles after an oil change to make sure vehicle leaves with proper oil levels and also to know the levels that it came in with, I'll work with our technicians even more to make sure things get done properly. They are very knowledgeable and explained what my car needed so I could understand and even recommended what my car needed fixing soon. Not good. They kept adding parts and labor until they had my truck for 2 weeks and billed me 2,000 dollars. Charged me 60 dollars for diesel and the truck was empty when I picked it up. Also charged me 80 dollars for DEF fluid. Will not be returning to this place!!!

Would've been 5 stars ! Very good on the repairs . All was good for communication until I saw 20 test drive miles with a 1/4 of fuel used up the 1st time.. no biggie I figure that's what it took. No mention of that to me whatsoever.
Second time around, a day after I picked up the vehicle I had some concerns, took it in, they greeted me well, did a full follow up on the vehicle , awesome service ! but this time the test drive miles were 55 and an additional 2/4 of the fuel used up. Again no mention of this to me at drop off or pick up. Had to call in the second time for an explanation, which they confirmed to be test drive miles. I'll take their word for it. Just make sure they explain the test drive miles and fuel consumption to you.
The painting is greater than the smudges. They'll take great care of you !
