Took longer than any other dealer I've taken my car to. Did it have a complementary car wash? looks like it almost did, I don't know. They have no milk for the guests, is this even a luxury brand anymore? They did the job they were supposed to, I'd recommend if you are in the area and need service. I will probably go back to Denville next time.

Our apologies for the length of time, with vehicles such as your vehicle with 100k plus miles, we do a little more extensive inspection then a regular oil change inspection. We have recently switched to individual creamers as per customer requests to not utilize a communion half/half container, we do refill each morning so please at you next visit let us know if we are all out, we will gladly restock for you. The service manager is a liar and cannot be trusted. He will promise refunds for his poor service via check and ask for time to process it hoping you will forget. When you follow up it will magically be a credit. Stay far away.
