The car was well detailed, looked like new, even the engine. I'm not sure they did any of the servicing on the Carfax report, the tire pressure monitors were dead, a new tire was flat, had to have the tires balanced. The touchscreen electronics were broken and I had to buy new electronics to the tune of $1632. The oil looks dirty and there's no indication what oil, if any, was used. Seems like there was poor communication between the service shop and sales.
