I had a roadside emergency and drove my car there in pretty bad condition. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything to me plainly and were honest about my options and prices. They worked diligently on my car all day. In the end, my car was fixed at a fair price and I can safely drive my car again.

The wait time was way too long. Almost 2 hours and I was 3rd in line. Had they been upfront about the wait time I would have just done a drop off and gotten a ride. Still though this is a good shop.

It's a great place to take your car for service my husband been doing my oil changes but this time I let precision tune do it since I needed to get it inspected I use to take my old Toyota camry when I had it and they kept it up for me, so I will continue to take my car for service needs.

They didnt correctly fixed my vehicle like supposed to I spent over 1800 within a month and vehicle wasnt fixed properly to drive like normal. They dont do good work on vehicles other than oil change major repairs they not good at it. I had to purchased another vehicle due to vehicle wasnt in good shape to drive.

I didn't like that one of them employees got cigarette smoke in my car. Im highly allergic to any sort of smoke. I coughed all the way home, until I ended up with an upper respiratory infection. I ended up being out of work for the past 4 days. This is my usual spot I go to, but next time I will contact the manager before pulling off. Employees shouldn't be allowed to smoke In the shop while working on customers cars.

I was told it was going to be an hour and a half wait, waited 2 hours and then they finally took my car in. Got called about an hour and a half later that it was ready. They are usually fast and I can understand if they were understaffed but i should be notified if its going to be longer of a wait.
