Hello, If this is Bob Brazie, we received an empty lead request from you on 10/30/2024 for a 2008 Ford Mustang GT. It had no contact info on it whatsoever and we had no way of reaching out to you. It also had no message or info in it. Please call us at 707-977-7674. Its very sad that you would give us our first less than 5 star review on here for something that we cannot control. This was not a local transaction, as I'm in MS and dealer is in CA. I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle so far away, unseen. However, after this process, I will definitely do it again. Dimitri, at Posh Motors, was the most helpful and pleasant person to work with He understood my hesitation and did everything to minimize it. He answered the MANY questions that I had very thoroughly. He completed a virtual tour of the vehicle with me, and another one with my son (since he's away at college and the vehicle is for him). He told me about getting a mechanic or using LemonSquad.com to do a pre-inspection to help put my mind at ease. I had never heard of LemonSquad, but will definitely use them again. Once everything checked out, he helped expedite paperwork to me for notarizing and I sent it back. He informed me upfront of what to expect from beginning to end, including pricing. Even once I had the vehicle transported to me and received it, he was helpful with questions after the sale. I absolutely loved every minute of the process; we got an EXCELLENT car, 2013 Infiniti with only 20k miles (ABSOLUTELY UNHEARD OF), and the car was exactly how we saw it online and in the virtual tours. He even went above and beyond to have it washed and gas in it. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing this car this way; my only regret is not being able to meet Dimitri in person. He has such great energy and very pleasant person. This is a great dealership and awesome person working there. Thanks so much for everything! If we are in the market for another vehicle, Posh Motors will be my first choice! 5 stars all the way!
