Bruce and his operations manager took me in same day, with no appointment to pull a nail and fix the leak. They also took time when I felt the balance was a little off to re-balance the wheel. I appreciate their professionalism and assistance!

They had the Tires I wanted at a good price. I made an appointment to have the tires installed. They were right on time and did excellent workmanship installing the tires. These tires ride nice and hold the road very good. Great service Guys. I Thank all of you.

Great experience with them. The only challenge is that last year I bought 60,000 mile tires, and had to replace them after only 30,000. I got about a $100 credit off for this. That being said, they do a great job of being up front about the estimate, and time it is going to take. And they are spot on with these estimates.

Got in at time scheduled, service was done efficiently. I got $10 off (unsolicited) with a web direct coupon. One problem is the billing: I had exactly the same services done six months ago, and this time my bill was $28 less, not figuring in the coupon which would make it $18 less.

The prices are good. The mechanics are actual mechanics, not under-skilled retail employee. They're friendly and one block away from work. These are the ingredients for a good relationship. I don't wait in a waiting room, or otherwise have to occupy myself while I wait, and they get a consistent customer. Good stuff.

It was an oil change. They did their jobs well and within the specified time. I will go back for similar service. I like the people there, and the shop is within walking distance from my office. I dropped the car at lunch and picked it up at the end of the day. Or, did you want more of a flamboyant answer?
