I like the initial communication, but I did not like the undocumented used car "check up", which cost way to much for them not to do an efficient road test.

Story: They installed new brake pads and rotors, both OEM parts. About 6 months later there was a significant pulsing with applying the brakes. I brought in for their review. They drove and felt the pulsing. They replaced all brakes for no cost. They recommend higher quality, carbon rotors. I paid for the difference in rotor costs. Been driving it for a long while now and the brakes are still perfect. Recently brought in my Toyota Hylander for maintenance, transmission, radiator flush, oil, serpentine belt, new battery. Yes I did have the transmission fluid replaced I love these guys. Highly recommend them.
