Convenient to the Olympic Peninsula since the nearest Audi dealership is in Lynnwood. They knew exactly what I needed (Audi batteries being a bit different than many), and after squaring away who was going to do what, they replaced the battery and updated the coding in a brief amount of time while I waited (no appointment). The parking area was jammed with vehicles so I was pleasantly surprised at the quick drive-up service I received.

Absolutely horrible. My car was running wonderfully before bringing it in for regular maintenance work to be done and the day after picking it up I have misfires in cylinders 3 & 4, oil in my spark plug wells. The car is now at another mechanic and trying to repair the damaged that they caused.

Brandon and Omar were mechanics on duty, as was the owner Mike. They were all personable and courteous. Brandon explained my brakes' situation and what was needed. They needed a part for Toyota and were able to get it within 15 minutes. The owner Mike is a gifted artist and some of his portraits of celebrities and others were on display in the lobby. Only dislike I had was waiting over 3 hours after my appointment time of 1:00 pm. It appears that was a fluke and not typical, as Brandon explained that 3 mechanics were unexpectedly absent due to personal emergencies. The owner, Mike, offered me and others waiting, chips, candy and water which made the wait more comfortable. I totally appreciate that once it was time for my car to be worked on, that they didn't rush and were thorough and did a good job, whereby my car is now running ship-shape. I am recommending them to friends and family.
