Tried to provide me with multiple prices and convinced me I had an oil leak so that I could get an oil leak evaluation and that I would need a oil change for $89.99 plus a cabin air filter and some other type of filter. which I agreed because he told me my oil was leaking, just to call me back and say that I needed a $4 plug but charged me $35 to tell me that.

Even though my check engine light was no longer on, they were able to do a diagnostic and figure out what the issue was. He explained to me what they found and what could have caused it, then offered to have it fixed same day. They were able to take care of it in a short amount of additional time. My car is running smooth now!

They didn't know what they were doing . Didn't inspect correctly. I had break light going on and no brake lights coming out. Paid 107.00 for 3 break lights and rejection sticker. Was told they didn't know then told it was something else. The issue was a missing fuse

I am most disappointed that I had to wait 5 hours for an inspection that failed. I am not upset about the failure, I was sitting there and the car was ready to be moved but NO ONE let me know that the inspection had been done. Prior to this incident, this shop has been great. Please give your customers the attention they deserve.

This Pep Boys location did a nice job on the Colorado ZR2, it drives nicely after the front end work and alignment. The only downside was the labor cost, I thought it was a bit excessive. Otherwise I recommend this shop.

Sloppy. No vehicle look over sheet . Slapped a new oil change sticker over an old one . Quoted 1 price received another. Brought in for a tire leak the previous month. Not a through inspection. Plugged a nail hole but the tire was leaking air around the rim of the tire. - Local tire shop found this issue after my tire started going flat again .

Came in for service tire pressure issue it didn't get resolved and my son and I sat and waited for 2 hours before we were told after I got tired of just sitting there so terrible customer service and I don't plan on returning to that location and I was still charged $20 plus tax I fill was not right but life goes on I guess?

Found that the o-ring on the power steering pressure hose was missing. Power steering fluid leak was previously misdiagnosed by Winners Circle Chrysler/Dodge dealership on Mercury Blvd in Hampton, VA as needing a new power steering pump. Leak was actually caused by the missing o-ring. Saved me thousands!

Service was reasonable good. My complaint would be the bathrooms. They have
unisex bathrooms. I walked in on a male that had fail to lock the door. Very embarrassing. They had two bathrooms. Why not one for males and one for females? I walked across the street to use the facilities at a restaurant.

Slow service. Just needed 4 tires replaced and it took 4 hours and this, with an appointment.
Would be 2 stars but added a star:
Service Manager is new
They did offer a military discount.
Even without the discount the installation fee was lower than estimated.
Way more painful than it needed to be.

All was good but 5 and a half hrs was too long. They should offer a shuttle bus for that long a period.Im a plus senior and sitting all that time took a toll on me. I got up as much as possible and walked around but i was very sore and tired at the end of the day!

A very long wait...approx. three hours to fix a tire that blew on the interstate. Also the one tire cost $127.00, and they wanted to know if I could leave the car overnight just for a tire change, everything else was fine with the car.....Not real happy with the service..
