Received a great loaner car! Wish they would detail the inside of vehicle when it comes in for service like Mercedes does. They did wash it though. Had the front brake pads and adjusters replaced but couldn`t use the $50 coupon for brake service that was mailed to me because the service of almost $500 was a special price??? I was told normal price is $1000. Had the oil changed too.

The service team knows how to provide outstanding customer service. They are "on it" every step of the way. But that service can come at a steep price. Some if the charges e.g. spark plug install, micro filter install were ridiculously high in my opinion. I don't want to work on my car but I also can't see paying 100's of $ for work I can do pretty easily after watching a Youtube video.

I was exposed to somewhat of an uncivilized interaction while trying to get the loaner prepped up bureaucratically. This however really substantially is contrasted by the actual work done on the car and interaction with the service adviser. Thanks to Andrew and please be careful about who you let to interact with the customers.

Great experience, very nice and professional personnel & knowledgeable. Explained to me about my tire wear, showed me on paper where the tires were wearing, so ended up getting new tires with an in house special. Not to mention a very beautiful dealership and clean. Will be back. Thank you for taking care of my mini cooper countryman. The ride back home was wonderful with my new wheels.

A bit high in price but the staff is awesome, friendly and try to make the customer feel at ease. Prices are higher but I guess it's expected of a dealership. That said I do appreciate the loaner while my car was in the shop.

I work doing the week. So weekends are the only time I have to do it. I live 5 hours away. I think it would be nice to offer loans on weekend too. Have a safety flag but didn't explain it to me. Had to call back to get the reason it was flaged.

I went for an oil change and Emily Abrego asked to do a walk around before service. I thought it was weird since I have never done that before. To my surprise, I found evidence of a hit and run on my M3. She complied with everything I requested to do and not to do during the oil change. She even got the detail department to buff out the marks left from the hit and run. She was very nice and helpful.

Joe Blum and his service team at Onyx Automotive are superb! We met the professionals of Onyx on the worst day of a cross-country trip with our 2013 Jaguar XJ. We had a catastrophic mechanical failure in Mid-Nebraska. Dead in the water, we got a tow back to Omaha where Joe and his Onyx Team had us underway within 4 working days, and with OEM parts.
