Everything was excellent as always. The staff is prompt and friendly and take care of the customers very well. The maintenance is always excellent and never leave spilt fluids under the hood. The maintenance done is always explained and now with video of the inspection. Thanks again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. After completing the oil service and arriving back home, a warning light came on. It showed that the oil level was over the maximum level and needed to be reduced. Had to return the vehicle back the next day to have the oil level reduced to the correct amount of oil. Very inconvenient to have to take another half day off work to have it done correctly for a second time.

We were traveling out of state and needed Audi to look at issue encountered in our travel with our Q7 and Niello Audi was closest for service. Eric in service was excellent in taking care of us, the service issue (as it turned out very minor thankfully) and getting us back on the road in a short amount of time...a great relief! If Niello does not excel the first time, they will make it right. I had a problem with my 850 cranking amp 1-year old S5 battery losing starting life in aux position after an hour because of improper coding and partitioning. Wish the car could tell me this before it stranded me though. Even my 98 A4 had a voltage gauge that this 09 S5 does not!

Customer service is great but the fix of any issue is always somehow not delivered. I visited this location due to convenience but each visit has required me to come back to fix address the first issue. It was okay the first time but now its a normal.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They broke parts on my car TWICE, in an attempt to replace a worn out gas cap, and don't think they should refund the $185 service fee, whether in part or in full. Took almost two months to get my car back to the state it was in when I first brought it in for service. Again, this was all for a $45 gas cap replacement. Needless to say, I won't ever take my car back to Niello Audi.

Purchased a used 2011 Lexus RX450h from Nielo Audi in Sacramento California. Harveen Castillo responded to my message and we set up an appointment that same day. Harveen was knowledgeable, helpful and took the extra time to make sure we could make a pressure free purchase decision. We made the purchase that same day with the help of the sales manager Jarred and the finance manager Phil. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

The 90 000 mile service was essentially done nicely; it resulted in a long list of potential repairs, which was a bit of a dissapointment. One thing is that we do not drive the car aggressively and believe that should be seen in the amount of repairs, particularly in non-moving parts. However, upon closer inspection some of the point proved a but "optimistic" though, as, e.g., the reported need for new tires was hugely unnecessary; they likely have at least 15,000 miles still in them!? The worst thing, though, was that we wanted to minimize the time the car spent in the parking lot of Niello, as we need it a lot for our daily life, and arranged to have it come back when an insurance inspector from the "extended warranty" would be in, i.e. Wednesday the 20th of May. Apparently there was no inspector, so here we are on Saturday the 23rd, not knowing hom much more time the car will need to spend in service. Peter Brams
