Everything went pretty smooth. The dealership was over three and a half hour drive away but was well worth the drive. We got the car we wanted and drove it home the same day. Mike in sales and Steven in finance took care of everything and got us headed home in a reasonable time for a Saturday. I would definitely recommend this place for new or used car purchases.

Brought in the car to be serviced for feeling like I was driving on a flat tire. The wind noise from the panoramic window and the brakes. The charged me couple hundred dollars and said it was fine. I took the car to jeep and traded it in for a grand Cherokee. If this is their idea of quality, I want no part of BMW.

Had 3 tires replaced during an Oil change . After leaving, Tire pressure became low. Made several trips back and forth. Rims looked like they were tore up but found out it was glue, which my husband removed. Apparently they did not replace valve stems. Overall Sloppy job!!

Your service dept. Should be ashamed of themselves for the things they try to get away with. That's all I'm going to say. I will NEVER take it car back there for inspection....NEVER. I took my car to another garage and had it inspected for $900 cheaper than what these crooks tried to charge me. Disgraceful.

The service advisor let me know the front brakes would likely not pass the next inspection. Since my car was in the shop for the 60,000 plus mileage maintenance, I gave the okay to replace the front brakes. That saved another trip to the shop and possibly prevented an accident due to the amount of wear on the original front brakes.

Noah Scarpelli, in particular, carefully detailed what their initial inspection discovered, and recommended the best resolution. I have been driving Subarus for over 50 years, and the current Service Department at New Motors is by far, the best I've ever dealt with.

I really don't care for the video that got sent to me on all the issues with the car. I would rather have the service rep take me and show me what's going on with the car instead of watching a video which I really couldn't hear what they were saying. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.
