Service is ridiculously expensive!! $155 per hour for labor and thats on gas engine. Diesel is probably much closer to $200 per hour. Im at my wits end. Been priced out of purchasing a newer vehicle and reaching the point where I cant afford repairs and maintenance on the ones I have!

I call, get appointment for early next morning, show up at appointment time, welcomed by service supervisor, he takes my car, I wait in comfortable customer waiting room, less than an hour later all the work is done and done right, checkouts a breeze and I'm home just over an hour. I didn't get it serviced but email says I did ????? I called several times to get recalls fixed but they wouldn't ever fix it. Update: I've received several phone calls from Chris concerning the recalls on my car. I'm still waiting for the car to be fixed but at least they are trying.

I needed the weather strip replaced on my lift glass but they replaced the strip around the lift gate instead. When I talked to them about it, instead of making it right, they told me they would have to replace the entire glass and I needed to see if a local glass company could replace the weather strip for me. Luckily without spending anymore money I was able to fix it myself.

Service has always been very good at Mike Burch Ford. Service scheduler took my truck back to service as soon as I arrived. The regular service maintenance was done and tires rotated and I was out in less than 45 minutes. They went over everything that they had done and explained what would need to be done at my next service. Chris does an excellent job.

Bought a set of Michelins 5 weeks ago been back to Mike Burch Ford in Blackshear, Ga. been back 4 times now 2-3 hours each time they still cant get the bouncing out. He said something about a high road force. He said a lot of trucks will bounce a a certain speed. Wont be buying anything from them any more. Bought my first truck there in 1997. No more. And no more Michelins.

I had my car in for service and was then told it had a major oil leak. It took Mike Burch Ford 3 weeks to get the oil leak, as they said they had to order a certain tool to fix the car. I asked that the transmission recall be fixed while they had it. But they didn't.
