I have been visiting Honda in the Midlands for a year and have had consistently positive experiences. Greg Royster, in particular, prioritizes customer needs and is very attentive when sharing information about your vehicle. His hospitality extends beyond expectations. I am glad to have him as my go-to person for any concerns about my car. Highly recommended10/10!

I lost both key fobs for my '73 Ridgeline and was told the truck needed to be brought into the shop to program a new key fob. It was late in the afternoon and I was doubtful it could be done before they closed. My service advisor, Michael Lorick, gave it top priority and had it done in an hour and a half. What a relief! Thanks you Michal!

I like the service there but lately I have found out they are not really checking your fluids in your car. I had maintenance work where they were supposed to check everything a couple of weeks there was no wind shield wiper fluid in the car. It was empty so now that when they're doing any work for me, I'm gonna have to get it checked out. after they work on the car.

My experience was great. This was my first service on my vehicle. The service person was very nice and professional. He listened and addressed any concerns that I had. Also the technician provided a video of the serviced provided and this was the first time that I have ever experience this from any dealership.

I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change. My service representatie took me in right away and revewed everything that was to be done including several things included covered under the vehicle waranty - filters, oil change, etc. I've found the Midlands Honda service shop to be clean and efficient.

I always get great customer service without any pressure tactics to perform potential services. I go in and get the required services. They will inform me of what is found that requires attention and I decide whether to do it then or make a future appointment.

This was my first visit for service as I purchased a new Honda CRV. I made an appointment for service and on my arrival it was difficult to get any person's attention. After waiting a person offered to help and he did a good job in checking the vehicle in for service. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I had the same experience that no one would even look my way and offer to help me get my vehicle.

Was scheduled arrived on time was only supposed to be an oil change and tite rotation. my service representative was supposed to see if anything was outstanding didn't back with me for two hours with recommended additional services that would take an additional 1 or 2 hours. They have zero respect for the customer time

I really appreciated George's generosity in receiving and setting me up for my service. I think all went well except I asked if they would be able to figure out what was going on with my AC. I wanted to know what it needed and be able to decide if I wanted to pursue. $260.00 later I had an AC service and refrigerant refill. Great outcome just wished I could have made the decision to have it done.

They quote for big ticket items that do not need to be fixed. For example telling me I needed a new alternator for over 1k when the real issue was the battery attaching properly which we got fixed for $60 (and fyi Honda broke the connector in the first place when they replaced our battery without asking). They work off of commission so makes sense but would prefer honest feedback and not try to be sold something

Was preparing car for trip. Was told I needed valve adjustment due to 100K milage. They apparently performed the task without having all of the needed parts (gasket). I wound up with oil spattered around engine, having to replace 2 quarts of oil on trip, and oil spills on driveways. They shouldn't have started the task without first ensuring that they had ALL of the parts needed to COMPLETE the job!

My service advisor Greg was great and helpful. He kept me updated with the progress and suggested recommendations during the oil change. The only issue I have is the technician did not inform me of a recommendation that needed to be addressed previously.

Had to call each day for an update. They ordered a part that allegedly had the piece in the box, but I didn't find out until I had to proactively call and find out myself. This is after a previous experience where they put the wrong size tire on my car and didn't realize it until over a year later.

Service writer put in incorrect milage and then tried to have me change spark plugs a 27000 miles. Had to return to the dealership to get it sorted out. Had my next service due at 80000miles. I'm still not sure that my information in you computes is accurate.

Quality of maintenance work is very good. That stated, customer service could be improved. Routine maintenance was quoted to take 1.5-2.0 hours. After 3.5 hours, and no communication from the customer service rep (CSR), I approached the CSR about my vehicle. CSR did note some computer issues, but immediately went to retrieve my vehicle. I believe I was waiting an unnecessary additional 1.5 hours in the waiting room.

The service was quick and I was informed with updates. I was satisfied with the results and how well the service provided kept me up to date. The service was done in a timely manner that I didn't have time to do my personal work on my computer. So with that type of service everyone should be happy.

Service is always excellent and employees are super nice. They offer a lot of amenities why you ate but no matter if you have an appointment or not, you will not be out of there in less than two hours. It's ridiculous!
