I was vacationing in Albuquerque and chose this shop because it was close to my family. Glad I made an appointment, they got really busy soon after I arrived. I didn't have to wait. Inspection was honest, and thorough. Inspection and oil change took less than an hour.

Said my ball joints were bad and that it was causing my clunking, it in fact was a loose front differential bolt. My ball joints were fine, albeit the passenger side bolt was loose. Easy fix. They said my master cylinder was bad, I just changed the brake fluid, upgrading to DOT4, and the solid pedal feel came back.

Work was prompt , by appointment. They brought to my attention that my car filters were in bad shape, and that my rear tires were almost bald. I bought 4 new tires, new filters and was extremely pleased with their concern and prompt service they provided.

Being a single woman, shops often try to upsell....this experience was no different. Not only did they try to upsell services I did not need for my vehicle, they also left my oil pan cover hanging.....or failed to tell me it was hanging and not secure. Either way, do NOT go here.

Went for Uber/Lyft inspections and was failed for my brake pads. Had my regular guy check them and they had 20% left until the wear indicator. They tried to charge me three times as much as my regular guy to replace them too. Avoid them if you can.
