I thought it was my altirnator but they found the battery they provided me was faulty and still under warranty so I only had to pay a prorated amount to get it fixed!

MJ service dept is thorough'fast' efficient customer orientated. They have a new drive in/over ramp that alerts a cars alignment issues. With all the potholes' this is an invaluable tool for customers. They offer a ride if needed while car is worked on or a mice area to wait with coffee.

Very efficient.
I recommend asking the service dept to check the battery level when doing the inspection every year. I recently had to have my car towed $ 250. And new battery $287. There's no warning light on my LEAF for this. Totally unexpected. Luckily I had people there to drive me home. I had to leave my car in the empty parking lot unlocked for hours

The service provider initially refused to provide the maintenance service indicating my contact had expired. I informed her that the contact holder said it will honor the contract until 100,000 miles. She entered the contract number and it was approved.

Everything is normally pretty good, This time though the service guy left my passenger side window half down and it was raining, they fixed it though by pulling my car inside the bay and wiping the inside down; so that's the only reason i didn't give Five stars. She was really apologetic also. Overall though I like the dealership.
