WAY too expensive. We paid over $450 to replace one tire. That same tire was about $250 (installed) at Les Schwab but we were held hostage by the Mercedes Benz service department. I will do everything humanly possible to avoid ever taking my car to this dealership ever again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service visit for my Mercedes-Benz GLE. Despite being explicitly asked if I wanted a car wash, the car was returned with the entire back side still completely dirty and the interior vacuuming was so poorly executed that dust remained in multiple areas. For a premium brand, this level of corner-cutting is unacceptable.
Furthermore, the service advisor's attitude regarding a broken armrest spring was incredibly passive. Being told a part is backordered for months is one thing, but the nonchalant "it is what it is" energywith zero effort to check for alternatives or offer a proactive follow-up planfelt dismissive.
To be blunt, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I expect a service team that is proactive and communicative, rather than one that simply shrugs off significant delays. I have shared this experience here and via internal surveys to ensure other owners are aware of the current service standards at this location.
