Liked - When my emergency light came on when almost to garage. I mentioned that to them. They came to me and stated that the plug came undone. They plugged it in and everthing worked OK. Thanks for your fellowup.

They fixed some of the problems I was having with my Jeep but I still have an issue with the fan/blower. I understand that it's not there fault because it was running when they tested it and didn't go out again until late that same night. The reason I gave four stars was because I got a coupon in the mail from them prior to the visit that said 10% off any service or parts but the told me it was only for parts not service.

Hit a deer in January took it to marlette Chrysler to get fixed as this is where I bought it. 10 1/2 weeks later I got it back just like new. Not sure if it was insurance company liberty mutual) or dealership. Tammy was very nice and took care of me with a loaner and keeping me up to date

Marlette Chrysler Dodge Jeep is awesome. They have always been honest and up front about any issues/repairs with my Ram trick. I will continue to go back there for service and as I have leased my last two vehicles thru there, I will lease my next vehicle thru there as well. I don't generally respond to these surveys but felt compelled to respond to this one regarding my last experience there! Keep up the good work!
