Since I've been taking vehicles to Mark's I've never had a complaint and they have always fixed the problem for me. My truck is entering the stage of life where issues are going to surface and this is where I will take it every time.
Once or twice it was a challenge but that was due to the nature of the issue and the vehicles themselves. Gotta watch what you buy and who you buy them from.
