After an oil change and then an inspection, 3 minor repair issues were found. After I authorized the work, they quickly scheduled a repair appointment, and I was safely on the road again. Great mechanic shop!

Everything is working out great after the repair. I had an issue with the lock that wasnt in the repair work but they fixed it as well to get me going. Service light is still on for the engine but I have heard it can take awhile to clear or needs cleared with a tool. Ill probably bring it back down if it doesnt clear.

We really apologize and understand your frustration. Several times a year we get that vehicle that seemingly all goes wrong. From a bad OEM module, to key code issues and then programming troubles.. this one was indeed a fiasco. Even though we have the top off the line equipment and online support and programming , Chrysler is always the worst due to poor network engineering issues . We threw the towel in on a jeep several years for programming issues and sent it to the dealer. They had it for several months and a huge expense incurred. Unfortunately this can adversely effect ones opinion of us. The many 5 star reviews below prove this is not the norm, and again I can completely understand the frustration on your side as it was very mutual. We are happy it is fixed now and be assured you are protected under warranty. Please contact me personally if you would like to discuss this further. Respectfully Jeff Baker owner.

I had the front brakes replaced a couple of months ago and I happend to notice a gouge in the left front rotor.
I took the the car in for inspection and they determined it was caused by a defective brake pad.
So because it was still under they replaced the left front rotor and all of the front brake pads under warranty.
Great service and warranty.

Jeff, Ron and his mechanics are the BEST AROUND!!!!! They always go above and beyond. I took my truck in for transmission service and they did got it done before it was promised.
