During service recommendations/ potential issues there was front and rear brakes mentioned. But $6800 is just crazy...I don't want to buy another car. Other than that service was great. For the first time during all of my vehicles purchased there and all service done the rep. asked me if I wanted my car washed.

I didn't like the dog monsters. Reading the reason why they gave me my alarm was going off on my truck when I touched the brakes. They told me my front, push bumper on the front of the truck was causing the alarm to go off when I've had the car for 14 months, and I bought a truck like that from Lester Glenn. And that's not the reason why the alarm was going off. I wasn't satisfied so they disconnected my sensor for impact collision

Again I have to wait while the service intake person goes to the finance manager to find my oil change package that was purchased when we bought the car at this dealership. This is not the first or even the second time this has happened. I even called the day before to make sure that this was not going to happen and was assured the matter would be resolved before my service. It was not.

After two items replaced they told me that I needed a thermostat and a head gasket. I chose to go to another shop and they pressured tested and told me that the car was fine. So I am not going to Lester Glenn jeep in Tom's River nj for any more repairs to my car. It was my first trip and my last.

The customer service was excellent. I just went for el recall , but I don't know what they did to my car. I came in with 0 check engine lights, supposedly something with the evap canister. It come on a less the a day it turned on check engine for the same reason I went I don't recommend it, people should see what they do.and now I'm afraid to take it again and I will take it to another workshop

Olivia was very pleasant, and kept me in the loop. My repair was done in a timely fashion. The courtesy drivers - Steven and Joe - were very courteous and cautious. Loaner car was great, but didn't really get to drive it. I was disappointed with the high cost of service.
