MR. DAVALOS, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH, BUT HE COMPLETELY FORGOT TO CALL US WHEN THE CAR PART GOT THERE AT DOGGE. I FOUND OUT BY MYSELF BY CALLING TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ASK AND I HAD TO LET HIM KNOW MYSELF THAT THE CAR PART WAS HERE ALREADY.

Very good service experience. I arrived with my vehicle due to some noises and malfunctions. They took it, performed diagnostics, and fixed it in a timely manner, all thanks to Mr. Jorge Davalos in customer service and Mr. Juan Vallejo as mechanic. Very professional in their work.

They can't fix the problem, they said it's a normal situation the AC system send cold air, then hot air , and then cold air, sending by the bottom ducts, then hot air in the two right upper ducts and cold air on the left side upper ducts at the same time, or driving with the AC system turn off and the system deliver anyway cold air
