It took awhile to get looked at the day dropped off. Very expensive and going to look for more reasonable garage to make repairs on my car. Too too high for front end repairs! Cost over $2000 and then week later a clutch piece $ 900 and tires a bunch. Can't afford your prices. People tell me I got robbed with over $4000 dollars in 10 days! Will be researching other repair shops dealerships killing families. Going to buy truck in few years going shop around.

I liked that the recall for the tow drop was fixed quickly, unlike the windshield pillars that are on recall that I am still waiting for approximately 4 months later. What I did not like was that when I arrived, I was expecting that this was just going to be an inspection to see if this recall repair was necessary. My Mom is 95 years old, and we don't like to leave her alone for an extended period of time. I was not informed about this change of service. I did not want to wait approximately 1.5 hours in a service area.
Also, your record show the mileage on my care to be slightly above 79,000. My car doesn't even have 72,000 miles on it yet.

My advisor was great! Kept me informed and took care of the problems that we I addressed with him. However, if he is off or you need to get in touch with someone the phone service is terrible. My truck went in for a sun roof replacement, I got it back and the job done was incorrect with errors. Not only that, but the vehicle was given back to me completely filthy. I am very disappointed on how the service was and how I received my truck back. Again, my advisor was great! Everything that was out of his hands was horrible.
