We always have great service at Joes. Tim is mostly who we deal with and he has always been honest and professional. Weve been taking our Toyotas and Lexus there for years. Most recently we had the check engine light come on on our newly purchased 2010 Lexus Rx350-after a diagnostic Lexus told me it was bad gas and wanted to charge me $1000 to drain the tank. Weve always put premium gas in the vehicle. I took the vehicle directly from Lexus to Joes where the problem was correctly diagnosed. Thank you to all at Joes!
