Amazing service was provided by David. I went in to replace my battery. He checked it, and even remove from my car for testing. He tested my alternator and my starter with no success. He referred me to a full service JiffyLube for diagnostic work. All this with no charge to me. I call that outstanding service!

I can in planning to only get an oil change. One of my headlights was out, and I thought it would require a major job at the dealer. They fixed it, and replaced an additional bulb I didn't even know was out. Top notch and quick service.

When my husband and I pulled into Jiffy Lube. The mechanic stated he did not work on Fiats and asked if we had been there before. We have had our cars serviced at this location for over 15 years and stated that they have worked on my car for almost 10 years. He looked up my info and worked on my car. The service was fine. Everyone else was very nice. It started out strange and the team made it a pleasant experience

I like the fact that this little old man named Marco Arriaga is still there doing my oil changes after all these years. My wife and I have been going there for 18 years. The one time he didn't do it oil change years ago on another vehicle the mechanic left the skid plate loose and it stated dragging. Now we wait in line for old reliable Marco. To the man, he deserves it.
