I wish we'd discovered Brian and the team at Henderson's long ago! The communication was great. They were very fair with their prices and there was no pressure to get repairs done. I thought the brake pads were worn but after checking Henderson's said they were still good for now. The could have just said they replaced them and charged for a new set but they were honest. My son had highly recommended them for his reason. I would definitely use them again.

They are prompt with the service and give you a very thorough look through when you take your vehicle in, and can help prevent issues in the future by noting upcoming problems like chafed wires, worn belts, you name it. Affordable service thats always top notch.

The guy on the phone was pretty rude because I wasnt ready to drop $700 that day to have my air conditioning repaired when I was only repaired to spend $130 to get it charged . Still fixing it just going elsewhere I will probably pay more but worth the extra for good customer service like at Ron Tonkin Acura I dont like dealers usually but they are top notch in customer service at Ron Tonkin and did a great job doing repairs on my car

The folks at Henderson Auto are great. We were told by a different shops our car needed costly repairs done. The team at Henderson let us know that our car was actually fine and did not need the required maintenance the other shops said needed to be done!

I highly recommend Henderson Automotive. They were very thorough in correcting errors and omissions by Subaru of Portland who failed a couple of simple things that could have resulted in a repair of a thousands $$ or more. Henderson automotive was very thorough, provided updates and areas to monitor for future service. They are among the finest shops I have dealt with in many decades of vehicle ownership. I recommend them without reservation.
