I was given estimate $140. When done gave me bill of $220. I got an oil change and tire rotation. Looking at bill they were charging for filter, oil, labor, getting rid of oil and a bunch of other stuff. I complained and the bill was adjusted to $98. So beware Woman. Hanania Mitsubishi is a company that treats Woman as if they are dumb. Stay away. I wont return, you can bet on that.

Every Service Visit has been great the process does take quite some time. They do communicate when something happens but what I like the most is the fact that videos are sent and the Mechanic goes over everything he took a look at. Thank you I appreciate the service you guys provide.

Isaac did a wonderful job taking care of me he was very friendly and he got to the root of the issue when I made my appointment he double checked and made sure everything was okay on my car and got me in and out in a wonderful and timely manner this guy needs a raise like seriously he doesn't get a raise I might have to come up there JK. 8:15 appt. Was told it would take 1 hour. 3 hours later, I was told 2 were ahead of me for car wash and my car would be ready in about 120 minutes
25 minutes later I was told there was 1 ahead of me for car wash. I declined the car wash as I was tired of the long wait.

Topnotch I've never experienced that great of service anywhere else! The mechanic sent me vedio of my car on the lift and talked about my car as he was walking around it and pointing out how things are with my car. Like I said great service very professional! Very Bad at communication. Gave my wife the run around just to have a tire patched which was covered by her tire warranty. They kept the car for 6 days without any REAL updates on the status of the tire even after repeated attempts to speak to managers and techs over the phone. They avoided us all the way until my wife showed up to retrieve her vehicle. Wont be returning to this location until there is an entirely new staff.

Maserati comes with expectations. One that you care for your car and two that they do as well. The service level is superior at this location.
