The short video is ok. It only covers the bottom of the vehicle, what about the engine? I noticed that the tire pressure wasn't checked because the readings are still the same. Thee slightly over inflated and one under inflated according to the in car computer which I check frequently.

Did not wash car as requested, lied about my brakes being bad when I just replaced them 2 weeks ago, never called to tell me my car was ready for pickup 4 hours ago, and I also had a bad previous experience with this shop. They are horrible. Dnt ever go there

I asked them to add washer fluid because my light kept coming on due to being low. I did not know they didn't add the fluid at the time because they told me they would. Later that day my warning light came back on. I would have given them five stars but the fact they didn't add the fluid I give them four.

The Service Supervisor was rude and one sidedgave me options on the 3 things i could get fixed with my vehicle and when i didnt pick the $4,700 job because i didnt have the money at the time he said " if he isnt getting the catalytic converter done then we arent doing anything and he can have a great day"

After waiting two hours for service, they lost my key! So 30 minutes after they still hadn't found it. I advised the young man to try and start the car (push start) if it starts then that mean the key is in the car. Then the young lady comes out to stay hey because you didn't approve all the other recommendations, they didn't do your oil change. What?!
