I ended up having to schedule two additional service appointments to get the issue resolved, and it still did not correct the situation. Plus, the service coordinator assigned to my vehicle was in meetings all day and I did not hear from him at all. If I didn't call to check on vehicle status, I probably would have had to reschedule for a third time. It was both a frustrating and aggravating experience.

I liked everything. Very professional. All my cars needs were met. I have been to 3 other nearby dealer shops in the past and this one far exceeds all of them in service. The others do not top off fluids,,do not rotate tires do not correctly do recalls and wait 3 hrs 4 oil change. This place is awesome. I'll be back

Vehicle was not properly repaired and had to be returned to the body shop to be repaired correctly. The vehicle is still not properly repaired upon picking it up the second time as tiny bubbles in the paint are visible. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a body shop especially a dealership body shop.

The new valet service is nice. The service on my car was for a recall and everything went smooth. Do not trust the new UVeye inspection. It said my car had dents and scratches and it marked the areas. When I zoom in on the photos it was lights and shadows.
