I like this location because one mechanic took the time to let me take a peak in the shop at my car and explain on whats going on with my vehicle for me to make a decision on reccomendations . Very Transparent service and they work pretty swift and proficient!

I loved the speed, the customer service, and the professionalism. They notified me of potential issues but didn't try and force things on me, letting me know that they would be fine for now, but to keep an eye on it. I hate pushy salesmen and I didn't feel like they were doing that.

I pulled away after having my tires rotated and hear a noise. It wasn't that noticeable until I pulled onto Rt 360. Someone pulled up to me at the light and said that my rear wheel was flopping around really bad. I got into the turn lane and discovered one the wheels had the lugs only finger tight. I tighten them with the lug wrench in the car and returned back to grease monkey. It was a very sobering experience.

All the workers were very respectful and told me what was going on every step of the way. It's a very non-threatening, pleasant atmosphere for a old lady. I never once felt like they were pushing services on me or trying to get me to buy more than I actually needed.

Friendly and prompt service (I had an appointment) When I got home, my glovebox was not reinstalled correctly (cabin air filter located behind it) and even though they said they would inflate the tires to 35 lbs, both rear tires were low when I got home. Thankfully, my husband was able to handle.fixong both (minor inconvenience for us, but could be tough for someone with no air compressor and limited technical skills).

I always have a pleasant experience at Grease Monkey. The guys there are very friendly. They complete the work quick, and they don't try to find unnecessary repairs to be done. I feel comfortable saying they are honest and treat customers with the highest quality of service.

Went for an oil change and was out in 1/2 hour. This was with no appointment. I was prepared to stay a lot longer. They reviewed what my car needed (by the mileage), and presented the options clearly. I felt no pressure to have the extra work done, and I appreciated the review. Also, the car was vacuumed, and the windows washed. Thank you for the great service.

Everything about this experience went better than expected. I was in and out in a short time. Everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. I've never had a problem with my car leaking oil after getting an oil change with Grease Monkey. Other establishments have my car leaking due to not plugging a hole, not telling I needed a gasket etc... After my oil change my car purrs like a kitten. Been going to Grease Monkey for the past several years, same one, and they do a great job!
