The manager was combative. Claimed a coupon on any oil change wouldnt work. Didnt give me the oil change I asked for and up charged me. Didnt do any sort of inspection. Did the oil change in about 8 min and then at the end when he up charged me he asked and added the coupon he claimed wouldnt work but did. This is the last time I will go here. That manager should be fired.

Cabin filter was changed, left everything from glove compartment out on passenger seat. Grease was all over my keys, steering wheel, shifter and door handle. They could not tell me the degree level of the windshield washer fluid.

They broke a part on my car and my cost went up 60%. The ETA went from 45 min to 2.5 hours which had a significant impact on our day. I had great loyalty to Grease Monkey in the past, but will not be returning. This place upsells for one time gain and didn't develop a positive relationship and trust.
