The attendant who service my vehicle had done so previously. In that service he noted that my tires needed immediate attention. All had to be replaced as the thread on one tire split vertically, which could have caused a serious wreak. The tech was informative & professional.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. My car was serviced well, and they went over and above to care for me as well as my car. I walked in for an oil change and the whole procedure, including extras, was around 15 minutes. I was catered to from the time I drove up, to the time I drove off! I love grease Monkey. They have given me consistent service for 4 years.

This place is so fabulous. They give you a cold soda or a water bottle as you wait. You can wait inside and they will vacuum your car for you. They also offer you a free car wash with each oil change. They are friendly and provide excellent service. The car wash was amazing too. One of the best car washes in my city.

Service is usually great but this time was a little disappointing. The tire pressure was never checked and was slower than normal. Not sure if they were short handed that day but seemed like there was a lot of standing around going on. Will still go back.

Very poor and unprofessional and tried to tell me they were out of the oil i asked for which was $55 and told me i would have to pay $79 for there too Synthetic. I told them NO its your fault after you drain out my oil and expect me just to pay $25 more. They were extremely rude after that and i waited a total of 1 hour and 3 minutes. I will never ever go back to them i will just go to Ford Dealership.

While they got my truck in pretty fast, It took them over an hour to complete the service on it. Once it was ready they pulled it out and let it sit, and I had asked for someone to come check me out. While I was there another person had to wait 20 minutes for someone to check them out while their car sit on the drive completed of its work being done.
