Four Star Auto Repair got us in on the day we called, needing an oil change and a tire rotation. The one proviso was that we could leave the truck all day, which we were glad to do for same day service. The service was indeed completed before closing, even though the manager and the mechanic had to work 15 minutes late to finish. The price was reasonable; the work was good; and a complete inspection of the truck was included in the price. Both staff and other customers were courteous. We HIGHLY recommend this garage!

I am leaving a review for Four Star Auto Repair because I want everyone to know what an incredible experience I had with them recently. I am a single mom of two young kiddos, and life can get busy and in the way of me remembering to do recommended maintenance on my 2015 Ford Escape. My timing belt was due to be replaced at 100k miles...it dawned on me at 156k miles that I was now in danger of seriously damaging my vehicle if I didn't get it done asap. I reached out to Four Star Auto Repair's Shop Foreman, David Friday, and he immediately got me scheduled. David is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything that needed to be done and even went the extra mile to reattach my engine splash shield and my fix hatchback's interior handle that had been in disrepair for 4 years. I noticed that David really enjoys what he does there at Four Star and he told me that he has an incredible boss (Owner of Four Star, Jeremy Behling) and that inspires him and the other employees to work hard, extend kindness, and to always strive for excellent work, top tier customer service, and customer satisfaction. I can't thank David and Jeremy enough for extending their kindness and delivering excellent customer service and exceptional quality of work on my vehicle. It runs like new! Thank you for everything!
